Guess the Property
Property Watch is a campaign by Huttons for consumers to learn from industry professionals on latest real estate trends, up coming projects, and various market segments. CEO Mark Yip, Senior Director of Data Analytics, Lee Sze Teck and Executive Group District Director, Rex Tan kickstarted the initiative by engaging the public with their meaningful insights through a series of live sessions, videos, and blogs. These will empower home buyers, sellers and investors to make more informed property decisions!
Terms & Conditions for Huttons Giveaway
1. This campaign is organised by Huttons Asia Pte Limited ("Huttons")
which will be held from 31 March 2024 to 30 June 2024.
2. To be eligible for the campaign, participants must:
(i) Register and submit their answers via the Property Watch landing page;
(ii) be at least of 21 years of age; and
(iii) be a Singaporean or Singapore PR, reside in Singapore and have a Singapore mobile number.
3. This campaign is not open to employees and associates of Huttons Asia Pte Ltd,
Huttons International Pte Ltd and their immediate family members.
4. For every 'Guess the Property' 50th correct answer,
one Singapore Airlines Economy Class return ticket from Singapore will be given.
5. Only new participants can be entitled to one prize regardless of number of entries made.
There will be 1 winner per destination (Phuket, Bali, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Darwin).
6. The prize cannot be exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
7. Participants acknowledge that prizes are not transferrable.
8. The winner will be notified by email or any other methods of communication on the collection
of the prizes within 14 days from the date of announcement of the winner.
9. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 7 days
of notification, the next eligible participant will be the winner.
10. Huttons reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or terminate
the campaign without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
11. Huttons' decision in respect of all matters related to the campaign will be final.
12. The winner will be subject to availability and comply with the terms of
conditions of the prize by Singapore Airlines as well. Any other charges whatsoever that are
accumulated by the Winner in addition to the prize will be the sole responsibility of the Winners.
13. Huttons shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered
by any participant entering the campaign or as a result of entering the campaign or accepting any
prize. Huttons is not responsible for any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or
equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, or that results in an
infringement of any law or regulation as a result of, or in connection with the campaign
and/or redemption or use of the prizes.
14. By participating in the campaign, the participants are deemed to have consented
to the above terms and conditions, collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal data
by Huttons to be used in marketing materials, including enabling Huttons to tag their photos
and accounts on social media. They also agree and consent to the collection, use and disclosure
of their personal data by Huttons and its associates for marketing communication purposes on
the products or services available from Huttons whether related to the campaign or otherwise.
15. Notwithstanding that the Participants may have registered their contact numbers
with the National DNC Registry, the Participants are deemed to have consented to be contacted
by Huttons and its associates whether related to the campaign or otherwise. These personal
data will be processed by Huttons in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at
www.huttonsgroup.com/privacy-policy.
1. Valid for travel on Singapore Airlines flights in the designated class (W class) only.
2. The use of the air tickets will always be subject to seat availability at the time of reservation or ticket issuance.
3. The winner must be the traveller.
4. Tickets cannot be transferred to another person nor rerouted to other destinations; open-dated ticket, open-jaw travel, and en-route stopovers are not permitted.
5. All fare conditions of the respective tickets redeemed remain applicable. Name change is strictly not allowed.
6. Tickets have no cash value and does not include all applicable taxes such as excess baggage charges, insurance charges and surcharges.
7. An administration fee of S$50 per ticket will be payable to Singapore Airlines Limited for any changes, subject to the ticket's conditions, on top of the airline’s implemented fees.
8. Tickets are non-refundable.
9. Winner shall be responsible to ensure that he or she has all necessary visa and any other travel approval(s).
10. Tickets must be redeemed within 6 months from date of prize letter. Strictly no extensions to redemption deadline. Unredeemed prize will be forfeited.
